An SCGF concentration in the serum of the patients with hematological diseases  (Pat21)
The serum SCGF level is unexceptionally elevated in most hematopoietic malignancies. In contrast, it is
lower in aplastic anemia than normal controls. The phenomenon is amazingly notifiable since all hematopoietic cytokines of CSFs, erythropoietin, thrombopoietin, etc. are extremely elevated through negative feedback mechanism in aplastic anemia.
Horizontal solid and broken line indicates median of each disease group and cut-off index (18.2 ng/ml) calculated from normal subjects, respectively.
N: Normal subjects, ALL: Acute lymphoblastic leukemia, AML: Acute myelogenous leukemia, CML: Chronic myeloid leukemia, MDS: Myelodysplastic syndrome, NHL: Non-Hodgkin lymphoma, MM: Multiple myeloma, AA: Aplastic anemia
* p<0.05 vs. Normal subjects or Aplastic anemia
# p<0.05 vs. Non-Hodgkin lymphoma
